Key Initiative 1: Finalise Foundation DEIB Documents including Strategy and Policy

Key Initiative 2: Conduct Research –   Conduct Baseline Survey and establish ongoing Tracking system

Key Initiative 3: Establish a DEIB Volunteer Committee and DEIB Community

Key Initiative 4: Build DEIB Capacity through Advocacy and Awareness Campaigns/ Marketing Strategies

Key Initiative 5: Build Competency on DEIB and DEIB related issues through offering Global Cultural Competency Workshops, Seminars and Webinars, for Chapter Leaders and Members 

Key Initiative 6: Strengthen Global connection and establish Global Representation of ICF-SA
