This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and visionary leader to help shape the future of our Chapter and contribute to the continued advancement of the coaching profession in South Africa.
As the Chapter continues its journey towards strengthened governance and organisational maturity, we are seeking a President who will provide strategic leadership, foster collaboration, champion ethical governance, and work alongside the Board to deliver meaningful value to our members and stakeholders.

Reporting to the Deputy President, you will lead the Chapter’s sponsorship, advertising, and partnership portfolio, building strategic relationships that enhance member value while supporting the Chapter’s long-term sustainability.

We are actively expanding our Nominations Committee (NomCom) and are inviting expressions of interest for independent committee members, this is support our chapters ongoing transition to a strategic governing board model. True institutional maturity requires absolute objectivity, transparency, and independence within our governance structures.
NomCom holds a crucial governance mandate: it is independently empowered to oversee, design, and run all recruitment, election, and appointment processes for Chapter Leaders and Directors. To safeguard our objectivity during upcoming high-profile elections, we are recruiting additional independent member representatives who sit completely outside of current operational board roles.
Independence is the absolute benchmark for this role. We are looking for members who possess:
Appointed members will immediately join the committee to oversee the vetting and administration of the upcoming 2026 Presidential election pipeline and subsequent Executive Officer placements. This is a high-impact, non-executive volunteer role that directly protects the operational continuity and integrity of our Chapter.
